WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The class is very strongly based on release technique and a relevant attention will be given to the floor work.

Aims of the class:

- to establish a smooth, soft, confident and at the same time clear and sharp relationship with the floor, as if it would be a “partner” to dance with;

- to encrease the skill of absorbing the impact with the floor while executing movements based on the relation between weight and gravity going up and down;

- to dance an extend, dynamic phrase with many changes of levels and directions, without loosing power, softness, focus and presence.
